Program Rules

1. Ajyaal Academy reserves the right to deny or suspend the enrollment of any student.
2. Registration application will not be considered complete until tuitions, or applicable installments are paid in full.
3. Ajyaal Academy will notify parents of any unexpected cancelation (ex: due to weather). Please make sure your contact information is up to date.

Students are expected to dress conservatively in accordance with the Islamic tradition. 

• Students may be dropped off at the main entrance between 5:20 pm and 5:30 pm. Students arriving after 5:30 pm must be walked and dropped off at the classroom. 

• Students must be promptly picked up from the classroom at the designated time. 

1. If your child is sick, please do not send them to the program. 
2. Program Participants must notify Ajyaal Academy if they become aware of a participant who tested positive for COVID-19 or is suspected of having COVID-19 and who was present at any program events.
3. Ajyaal Academy's use of any rental facilities is subject to all requirements, guidelines, and procedures that may be applicable due to either the current coronavirus pandemic or other communicable diseases. 
4. Rental facilities (Ex: school districts) cannot warrant any facilities or equipment to be free from the coronavirus or any other communicable disease. Participation in this event may increase the risk of contracting coronavirus or other communicable diseases.
5. Requirements may change based on Federal or State requirements, public health guidelines, or rental facility procedures.
