Mrs. Elkotb is a certified teacher. She received her bachelor degree in Elementary Education in 2011 from Aurora University. Following her graduation she worked with bilingual students in the Woodridge School District 68.
Since 2007, Mrs. Elkotb has participted in various weekend school programs in the Chicagoland area focusing on Arabic language and Quranic studies. She has also helped organize several community events for children aiming to establish a sense of community and reinforce their cultural identity.
Mrs. Elkotb currently lives in Naperville, Illinois with her husband and 3 children. Her background in elementary education has enabled her to homeschool her children for 2 years during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Mrs. Eltayeby earned her Bachelor degree in pharmacy from Alexandria University, Egypt.
She has been studying Tajweed and memorizing Quraan since she was 9, and in 2018, she received a certification in Quraan memorization from Alrajhi Academy, Saudi Arabia.
Before moving to Naperville, she taught Quraan and Islamic studies at Waltham Islamic society in MA for kids and adults.
Her primary goal is to help students build a passionate relationship with the book of Allah through understanding the meaning and hence comprehend the beauty of each ayah they recite.
In her free time, Mrs. Eltayeby enjoys creating artwork and painting Islamic Calligraphy.
